  FREE delivery throughout UK mainland
Delivery is free to 85% of mainland Britain on all orders.
FREE mainland deliveries from Monday to Friday.
Scotland and some areas of England and Wales are excluded from free delivery.
There is a small additional charge for these areas, please call on 0845 4308844 for an accurate quotation.
Customers will be contacted to confirm a day of delivery. We are unable to give specific delivery times for our Standard Free Delivery.
Saturday delivery is available on some items for an extra fee.
Your order will be delivered to you on our behalf by either the manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer.
Most deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days of your payment clearing. Some larger items such as cast iron, stone and suites can take up to 21 working days.
We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your premises; therefore, they are delivered by a pallet delivery firm onto your driveway or the pavement by your property. You will require at least two strong people to carry the fireplace into your house. Cast iron and stone is extremely heavy.
If you live in a street with difficult access for a lorry you may need to consider having the pallet (if pallet is required) dropped off at the end of your street or in a parking area.
If you have specialist delivery requirements (e.g. narrow road access, stairs to negotiate) please contact us prior to placing your order so we can make sure we are able to deliver.
Once you have arranged a delivery day with us or our carriers it is imperative that you are there to receive your delivery. Re-deliveries will incur a charge.
Please remember that all deliveries must be inspected for damages before being accepted and signed for.
