It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you order are suitable for installation into your home. We urge you to check all measurements & installation requirements before ordering.
Returns Policy
In acceptance with the distance selling regulations 2000 if you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods
If you are fitting any items within 7 days, please be aware that this will affect your cancellation rights.
You are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing, fax or e-mail, stating your customer name, invoice number and reason for cancellation of the goods. A telephone call is not enough to constitute cancellation. If you exercise your right to cancel such goods the ownership of the goods will revert to the supplier. The regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation applies before as well as after the consumer has given the notice of cancellation.
Returns must be in a pristine, saleable condition complete with all parts. The products should be in full working order. All items must be in their original packaging.
On receipt of your goods please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. Please note any visible damage to packaging on delivery must not be signed for or accepted unless properly inspected by yourself or someone representing you. Dependant on the type of damage or missing item/s we will offer either a repair or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us or the manufacturer the goods must be returned at your cost.
You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods and damages will be at the customer’s risk.
Goods that we find working to manufacturers specifications will be returned to you and the cost of the carriage charged to you. Any returned goods refused to be accepted back by the customer will also levy a surcharge at a minimum 15% of the invoice price plus a flat rate of £15.00 administration fee for processing.
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange inspection of your goods. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided if it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge.
Delivery and collection charges may also apply
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment ie. credit card or cheque less any delivery and/or collection charges.
Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation

Please note: We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters for your appliances until you have received and inspected your goods.
Please note: Do not fit an item if it is damaged. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non returnable.
Returns Procedure

We will require your order number and full details as to why you wish to return the product.
Once a return has been agreed we will issue you with a Returns Reference Number (RRN) and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Goods that are returned without a RRN will not be accepted and will be re-delivered back to you.
You must take reasonable care of the product(s) & must not use them
When returned items are received back at BestPriceFires, they will be checked thoroughly. We shall then make arrangements for a refund.
Please Note: All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us for a returns reference number before making a return. Returns of any type will not be accepted without a Returns Reference Number (RRN).
This does not affect your Statutory Rights
