The terms and conditions will apply to all your purchases of items from the retail section of our Web Site, whether you are ordering online, mail or by telephone. The placement of an order through these methods indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully and print it off or download it before placing your order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & IMAGES
The majority of the products we display have a list of their main features, due to the nature of the products it is not possible to list their complete specification, errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturers’ web site or brochure. Images where shown are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.
PRICES
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error, to make adjustments to the product price whether or not an order confirmation has been issued. We will always offer you the option of a complete refund or alternative product if available.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Solo. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information.
If billing and delivery addresses are not the same, we may require a utility bill for confirmation.
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch via our secure payment provider Barclays ePDQ or on our Buy Now Pay Later credit scheme provided by Open and Direct.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
As all of our orders come direct from the manufacturer and orders have to be placed with them, your order will only be placed once we have received payment (usually 24 hours for credit/debit cards) or signed Buy Now Pay Later documentation.
ORDER METHODS
Orders are only accepted via the Internet and/or telephone. We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by e-mail (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order.
DOCUMENTATION
Customers placing an order will be provided with order confirmations and invoices either electronically or by post. Please contact us if you suspect your documentation to be incorrect and we will rectify it.
AVAILABILTY
Products supplied by BestPriceFires are delivered both direct from the manufacturer and from our own stock. In the unlikely event of an item you have ordered not being in stock, we will email you with the expected delivery time.
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of alternative goods of equivalent quality and wherever possible a similar price. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Please allow enough time for your items to be delivered before you organise installation as we cannot be held responsible for out of pocket expenses resulting from delays in delivery.

BestPriceFires liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. BestPriceFires shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. BestPriceFires shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. BestPriceFires shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
GUARANTEE
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and are covered for the stipulated guarantee period. Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee e.g. batteries. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, adjustments, and user interface configuration that are available within the user's remit are not covered under the manufacturers guarantee. All products that are found to be working to the manufacturers specifications will be subject to carriage and inspection surcharges. INSTALLATION
Before working with electricity you should always consult an appropriate professional electrician. Always read and follow any relevant manuals and safety instructions. When working with electricity always turn off the mains supply. All fireplaces being fitted for solid fuel use must be installed by a qualified HEATAS installer. All gas appliances must be installed by a CORGI registered and suitably qualified gas engineer. You can find a local engineer on the CORGI website www.corgi-gas-safety.com IMPORTANT – gas fires cannot be installed by the buyer, they must be installed by a CORGI member. BestPriceFires is in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer.
